Really helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable staff that are willing to go the extra mile to fix any IT issues we raise. Every call is answered promptly by an IT specialist, and they genuinely try to rectify any problem live there and then whilst you are on the phone. If they are unable to do so, they keep you fully informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them. Compex IT have been excellent in supporting us at the company I work for with our computer systems and IT needs. They help make sure everything is working properly, secure, and running smoothly. The team are extremely responsive, Gary has been on hand to fix 1 off issues with the site and Mark has helped me liaise with our previous provider.
